Roku Express 4K+ stuck on bouncing Roku startup screen..

My Roku Express 4K+ is stuck on the dancing Roku screen. Has been for multiple days now. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting out there. Nothing has worked.
I even plugged it into my sons TV and still nothing.
I’ve seen other customers posts about the same issues with no real solution. Please help me out!?

If you are currently powering your Roku device through the TV USB power port, try using the supplied power adapter and plug directly into wall outlet for power.

If currently using supplied power adapter, try using another power adapter (any 5v, 1amp cell phone charging adapter), and eliminate any surge protectors, power strips, hubs, etc for troubleshooting.

@Maklouaug

Generally, four things are available/reported to resolve the boot load issue (bouncing or stuck Roku logo).

1. Use wall power rather than USB port.

2. Check power supply (power adapter, outlet, any surge protectors or extension cords)

3. Try unplugging Roku device for a while.

4. Replace the device.  If under a year, should qualify for warranty replacement.  (https://support.roku.com/article/208757058)

I think most of the devices fail because users are trying to power them off USB power ports.  This likely just causes premature failure of the internal hardware.

If the power supply is not to blame, then likely an update corrupted the OS or an internal hardware issue has occured. (likely the flash memory).
