No per se, but lower memory models (with 512MB) are having more problems with OS10 with certain apps (that load extra code modules, such as YT/YTTV and Apple TV/AirPlay).
Instead of the Factory reset and deleting channels (if it happens again), try:
1) Network connection reset
2) Restore Roku default theme
3) Change to a basic Roku screensaver
4) Check for updates (version upgrades often have additional per-app compatibility updates)
