Roku 3820x not working with any remote

My roku device s/n SO8Y41CL58FA its not pairing with my remote ....sudlenty after using the device the remote stop working .... I change the bateries reset the device .... try to resync and nothing works ...... i also test the remote with another device and the remote itself works perfect

 

DOnt know what happend with the 3820x but its not pairing with any remote

 

Can you help me thanks

For a remote to pair with 3820, it has to be using the original USB cable with bump in it, that's  what the remote communicates with, not the stick itself.
