Can you please provide us with more information about the issue you are experiencing? What is the specific Roku model device that you are seeing this issue occur? When not casting, are you seeing the same issue occur? Are you trying to cast specific content and you see this happen, or does it happen regardless what you are trying to cast? Can you provide a tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)?
For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried using another HDMI port and cable to see if the issue persists?
