Roku 2 and Mirroring Issues

I went to settings on my Roku 2 and there doesn't seem to be a way to mirror audio/video from my Windows 10 laptop or Iphone SE 2020 or Iphone 6.

Is there a free app or an update perhaps that will allow me to mirror to my Roku (using the same Wi-Fi signal? Do I need to upgrade to a newer Roku?
