I have a Roku that has someone else's existing account, I want to change it to mine, I dont see any way to log out of existing account so i can connect this decvice to my new account that i just opend. Can someone help me, Roku is useless when it comes to assiting their customers so maybe a use out there can help me, Im not very techy and can use the help

You can do this with a factory reset.

Is that the only way, do I then have to reinstall all of my apps

Right now I think "your apps" are really "his apps".  Once you factory reset and connect it to your own account, it should download "your apps".
