Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? What are you seeing on screen when you select the Bluetooth channel and press the * button? Can you provide a screenshot of what is shown on screen?

Thanks for the help! Roku needs to make all apps compatible with their OEM remotes.
