As I navigate the ROKU screens with my remote, ROKU speaks out the screen title.

Hit the asterisk (*) key 4 times. You probably did that by accident, and that is the shortcut to turn Audio Guide on and off. Alternatively, go to Settings/Accessibility/Audio Guide and turn it off. You can also go to Settings/Accessibility/Shortcut and disable the shortcut.
