There really isn't any option to replace the fan. The Roku 4 used a processor that no other Roku model ever used. It's a 4K player, but doesn't support HDR. I realize it was an expensive player when new. I have one myself, and my granddaughter uses it in her bedroom. But in the end I think you'd be far happier with a newer device.
