So i purchased a screensaver pack, and it was charged to my card and everything. But when i go to load up the pack, it says i haven’t purchased it and that i need to buy it? Do i have to wait for some time or what happens now?
Try typing the name in again in the search location, that worked for me one time. If not try in here locating the app and placing it in.
I have this same problem. I purchased several screensavers over the past few years and they no longer appear under 'My Screensavers". I was able to find them all doing a search but the only options they give me are "Buy" or "Preview". I'm not rebuying something I already purchased. I'm getting ready to speak with ROKU's customer service now. Hopefully they can provide information on how to fix this or allow me to repurchase the same at "$0".
