On my Onn Roku tv, my photo stream has once again changed the ratio of my photos. This happened in 2024, but Roku did something to fix the issue. Now it has happened once again. Is anyone else having these issues and how do I get in touch with someone to get this issue resolved again?

Can you send us a photo of it so the team will be able to examine it closely? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Lastly, were there any recent updates before this happened?
In the meantime, try rebooting the Roku TV and seeing if the Photo Stream's ratio changes.

I just sent you some photos and also, I spoke to someone on ROKU chat. There was nothing she could do, but she said she would send it to the engineering team. I hope that this will get resolved soon. It is so frustrating.
Also, I am going to send you a screen shot of the response I received from a person in the ROKU community in May of 2024 when it did this same thing.
I did try several times to reboot the system. I also made a new photo stream and it did the very same thing. I know something was done by ROKU before to correct it, but I have no clue what it was. Again, hopefully whatever the solution is, maybe you all could tell me what they did to correct the problem and if it ever happens again, I can just sent that information to the community to get it corrected. Thank you for your assistance and I hope these pictures help.

The only software update I see was done on January 8, 2025. There wasn’t one done in 2024 that caused the issue, so I don’t know if an update had anything to do with it.
