Agreed. We have Two Ultras that simultaneously became paperweights after 10.5 update.
I got a rollback to 10.0 4209 update on one of my 4670X Ultra devices (this fixed everything), but the other one does not show it available. Can I please get this on my second device?

Roku check connection keeps reporting that network connection is ok. I tried the suggestion on manual firmware update; deleting, reboot, and reinstall apps/channels without any success. I even went as far as doing a factory restore on one of the TVs, still same issues.
Some of my TVs are on wired connection, while some is on wireless. Turns out that ignoring the network connection status, and re-setup network connection (including clearing saved passwords, and physically disconnect wired connection) helped in my case. Everything starts working again under V10.5.0!

I would not rush OUT to buy a MicroSD card since I just plugged and let ROKU format the card and using a Samsung 64GB Class 10 memory card in only to experience CRAPOLA still..
Where is a revert to working 10 OS and off this junk 10.5 that is just before causing me to have to canceel some paid subscriptions.

I just got the update to 10.5 yesterday and the system is practically useless. I've tried restarting from the system menu and even unplugging and re plugging, clearing cache but still system is nearly unusable. All apps load very slowly. Sound and video is permanently out of sych. Alexa commands no longer work even though it is still synched. It just says thinking. You YouTube TV freezes when going into ADs if it even works at all. Chanel lineup is either very slow to load or doesn't load at all. This is absurd.

I am having the same problems with my 4670 os 10.5 build 4201-46 and have sent you a pm with the requested info.
This is my same issue. It is effecting Sling; Hulu; Amazon and even the Roku channel. But not Netflix, Pluto or Crackle. It is effecting my 3 Roku Ultra boxes on 3 different TVs, but is not effecting my Roku Express box. I have the latest version of Roku version 8.11 Build 1669 installed .
I tried everything from resetting my router to unplugging the Roku. I even went to the trouble of signing out of sling and signing back in.
Since it was fine up until 11/17/21, I am convinced that it is connected to the latest Roku update.

I have 2 Roku Ultras that were recently updated to 10.5. Both Rokus now exhibit the problems described in this thread -- Apps like Amazon Video and HBO Max fail to load or cannot play video (Netflix is the only app that still works). Both Rokus worked fine on 10.0.
Can you push an update to both Rokus and rollback to ver 10.0? All the info is below.

After rolling back to ver 10.0, is it possible to prevent these 2 Rokus from getting further updates? Rolling back to ver 10.0 isn't that helpful if they automatically update to 10.5 a few days later and break again. It is pretty clear this model is not compatible with the current build of 10.5 and should not be getting these updates until the issue is resolved.
