Can someone share the support number for OKKO? I have a new Roku TV and my previous OKKO purchase on my old TV is not being applied to my OKKO screensaver
@Naginif, is the new TV linked to the same Roku account as the old TV (check the email address on each one under Settings->System->About). Purchased are tied to your Roku account.
@renojim yes i confirmed that we are logged in to the same Roku account on the new TV. I still have the email receipt from the original purchase
