I have been a long time user and my last device activated with no issues, my new device is an SE, I have tried three times to get an activation email and nothing is being sent.
How do I reslove this?

For some people the email takes a long time to be received. If you're not getting the "we can't reach you" error message then give it some time. Make sure you check your junk/spam folder. It could also be that Roku's server is having an issue. If you still don't receive it call support at 816-272-8106.
