New Update killed my service

The recent update killed my service to my Apps. I have the Express.  I just recently tried a Factory Reset and now I can't even get past the Activate My Roku screen. It keeps telling me they are not able to send me an email. This is garbage because I used my email to get into this website. They also sent me promotionals the last few days to same email address. I'm about to give up and go buy a Fire Stick or Google tomorrow. I'm not paying monthly subscriptions and not have access. Great job on the update Roku!
