I've been trying for days to take my Roku off my hacked email address email and password have been changed I have device info and old email info I opened account with  the posted article don't mention you have to login with the email account is under?? I've tried to recover email but 2 phones were hacked in the process. I gave up opened new email account and wanted to put my Roku on that one now how is that done??

Contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus/ and choose the option for account or billing issue.  If you have to log in, use whatever login you're using here.

Had a little trouble following your message, but if all you want to do is change the email address attached to your Roku account,  log into your Roku account via https://my.roku.com/account/edit and change your email address there.  As long as you are there, you can change your Roku account password.  Any changes you make there will update the email address (and online account login name) and/or password used to log into your online Roku account, as well as the email address shown on your Roku via Settings > System> About.
