NO option found to change the time? Missing settings

Just purchased a Hisense roku tv.. an the clock at the top is 4 hours off my time zone . Under systems there is no option to change the time zone or clock .. the closest choice is zipcode .. changed the zipcode an restarted it several times.. no change unplugged it for 10 to 15 minutes no change. Call Hisense they said contact roku... contacted roku when thru all these different steps no time change said they would get back to me and haven't.. what's the deal with the missing settings?

Your Roku has no time setting because it gets its time and date from your network connection.

@Shotgunshortie, I don't know about Roku TVs, but Roku devices have a time zone setting under Settings->System->Time.

that's the thing there isn't a time setting, only zip code.

This makes sense but my laptop on the same network has the correct time. do i log into verizon to check the network settings?
