My ROKU Model #3931X can't connect to the Internet
My ROKU unit appears to be working fine but it can't connect to the internet. I tried everything that I could think of to get it to connect including a restart and I finally went over to Best Buy and purchased a new unit which connects and works just fine. I have had it about less than 1 year. I would like for ROKU to replace the unit. Any ideas as to what I should do? Please advise.
