I added several TV shows to My Feed. Unfortunately, it has no awareness of what episodes we have watched, so the "feed" is now permanently telling us to watch an episode that we watched eons ago. After failing to find a way to get it to update, I came here, and found lots of other folks dissatisfied with the way it works, as well as reports of less than stellar technical support around the issue.
So ... my question is, does anybody actually find the feature useful? If so, what do you use it for? Do you have tricks that might help us newbs come up to speed?
