When trying to download the update on USB select TV brand Hisense the model number 55R6E3 I get an error unrecognized model. When I type this model on Google my exact TV shows up please help.

Is it asking for the TV model (which you listed), or does it want the Roku model number, which is different.

Settings > System > About

As @DBDukes correctly indicated, you need to enter the Roku Model Number in this field.

I cannot get the TV to get out of reboot loop to get the roku model from the TV settings. I'm lost at where to go from here...

If you go to https://my.roku.com and look under your linked devices what are the first two characters of the serial number? Maybe I can figure out the Roku model.

There's a lot of reports of a reboot loop if you look around the Internet, but I haven't seen much in the way of a solution.
