Message introducing os10.5 won’t go away

Remote won’t scroll to either “see what’s new “or “no thanks”

the message won’t go away

i can’t get to anything else

Unplug the power to the Roku for several seconds and plug it back in.

I highly suggest Roku get this message off MY tv screen. I switched over to Fire Stick in this room. I cannot watch my tv after working a 14 hour day!!!???
