Menu too large for screen

My menu is too large for the screen, this just happened overnight. I have tried all of the suggestion: tried changing from 1080 to 700, tried resetting the Theme, tried unplugging, I also to not have a feature that ask for wide or normal picture. This is so frustrating and no options to contact Roku for assistance

The "wide or normal picture" feature would be a function of your TV, not the Roku device.  Look for a button on your TV's remote that's labeled something like Zoom, P(icture) size, or Aspect Ratio (A/R) or anything else that refers to the display size.
