If unpowered, will Express HD maintain settings?

Just plugged an Express HD into my Samsung HDTV and am powering it from USB power port on TV rear panel.  This means when TV is switched off there is no power flowing to the Express.  Will it maintain its settings and channel selection if not constantly receiving power?  Thanks.

Yes, but you should know that some TV's USB port don't supply enough power, so if you start having any kind of issues switch to the supplied power adapter.
