If you mean the Home Screen is too big/zoomed in and doesn't fit on the screen then try the picture size, zoom button, or aspect ratio button (or any other button that might affect the picture) on your TV remote. If you mean you'd like smaller icons so that more fit on the screen then that's impossible.
