I’ve just got another roku express to use in another room gone all through setup more than once and it’s convinced I’m in the USA which I am not. The one I have in my living room is on the same Wi-Fi network linked to the same email account and has me logged in as in the UK which is correct. It’s driving me mad.

I'd be happy to look closely to see how we can help. For verification, when you go into the account settings of your Roku device through Settings > System > About, are you using the same email that is shown? Can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device?

Ok so I’ve looked at the email and when this roku was setup 2 years ago there’s a mistake in the email address so is an email address that I can’t access.
This is the other one which is set to my correct email, but still connecting to USA
