I have a Roku 3 which updated I think…..

I just tried to turn on my Roku (which is a Roku 3) and it asked me to update password and log back into everything. Now it doesn’t work in any way shape or form. It will turn on which is about it.

I understand there was an update but what do I do if I can’t see or download anything again because there is a message saying my SD card isn’t big enough. Truth be told I don’t have an SD card in the Roku nor do I know where to place an SD in the ROKU.

Any help would be awesome.

I hate to say it, but it might just be dying.  Try a factory reset.  Find the reset button and with the power connected use a paperclip or something similar to press and hold the reset button for no less than 30 seconds while ignoring anything happening onscreen.
