I can't cast from PC to TV. Windows 11, if that matters. I know how to screen mirror, so please don't tell me how as an answer. Thanks.
Though it used to work, my computer stopped casting. Everything is still connected to the same network.
1. I removed and added back Roku as a device. It won't connect.
2. I set Roku to prompt. It won't prompt.
3. The only option it gives me is to add remotes. Nothing else.
Probably not a related problem, but the Roku keeps freezing up and has to be reset at least every 30 minutes, no matter what I watch or game I play. Just letting you know, in case it really does matter. The stick is only 2 years old, only gets used about once a month and has been doing this for 3 months, now. I've tried every Google reset hack out there and nothing works.
Should I just throw out my stick?
Hi @claymact,
Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Roku Community!
Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)
Please keep us posted on how it works.
All the best,
Chel
If you read my whole post, I stated that my Roku freezes up and I have to manually restart it. I have to restart it multiple times. I know how to reset from the menu and have tried that, when it's not frozen up. When frozen up, I can't do that, because it's frozen up. But that doesn't let me connect my Bluetooth. I'm running the latest updates on both my Roku and my computer.
Thanks for the added information, @claymact.
