Did you previously have a Spectrum account, then changed to DirecTV?
It has been a few years since I set up my Roku account, but I seem to recall it asking if I had a tv provider and who it was. As I was then, and still am, a DirecTV subscriber, I likely entered this into my account information. The system does automatically log me into a number of channels that require a tv provider login and use Roku's single login system to log me in via my DirecTV account.
But I see nowhere in my Roku account at https://my.roku.com account where this tv provider account information is even shown so that it can be deleted or edited. If I ever pull the plug on DirecTV, I don't know how this will affect me.
