Alright, so this is my first post on this Roku Community, and for a few months i did not have any problems with roku, until a few days ago when i tried out the screen-mirror(or airplay), i find it quite useful and used it, and suddenly it stopped working just a few hours ago. I tried connecting to it on a iPhone 7, ipad mini 2, and a Mac, and i even factory reset the Roku, and the airplay is still did not work.

Try turning AP off, reset the paired devices (under Require code), restart the Roku, turn AP back on.

It seems to be the network itself, I’ve got few wifi repeater and when I change my network (for example switching to my router directly) it works…

My air play was also not working, I just updated my Roku device software and it began working 🙂

also tried shutting down my phones, the roku doesnt even show up in the mac/phones, and yes i am connected to the same internet

After your factory reset, what firmware version do you have? (Settings/System/About)
Do you see Settings/Apple AirPlay and HomeKit?

system version is 10 and build is 4195 and yes i see the apple airplay and homekit section

What happens when you select/open Settings/Apple AirPlay and HomeKit?

it shows me the settings for airplay, it says airplay- on, require code, subtitles and captioning, about airplay, and setup

No problem - if it does it again, a restart may fix it; otherwise, do the same procedure (and report the issue to Apple & Roku)

if i reset the device will it rest on the whole roku or just for airplay
