i had a Roku TV set up for using the antenna tv only for my elderly next door neighbor.  I told her I could get her more channels with the Roku fully set up. Now the antenna and Roku live tv app are combined and she doesn’t like all those channels. She wants it back to how it was before.  I tried to reset to factory settings and it asks for a PIN.  I tried the only one I knew and it doesn’t work.  I don’t know what to do.

You can separate the Roku Channel Streaming Channels from the OTA/antenna channels (so they each have their own Guides), by Settings/TV Inputs/LiveTV/Manage Channels/Hide Streaming Channels.

However, if you want to Factory Reset so only Antenna available, then Settings/System/Advanced System Settings/Factory Reset.

(During Factory Reset, look at the screen for the PIN before selecting the Reset, it gives you one. (Some little message to enter so-and-so) This is different than the PIN of the Roku Account).

Otherwise, you can find the Reset button/pinhole on the RokuTV (normally near USB port) and press and hold for 30+ seconds.

Thanks the unplug to stop the update loop, tried many times did not work...The manual reset did!!! Find the pin 30 second thing...
