When I try to change size of subtitles you say go to accessibility then subtitles then subtitles captions but there is no subtitles captions on my tv so what should I do. Keith

Are you sure you have a Roku Samsung TV?  I didn't think Samsung made Roku TVs. 

If it's not a Roku TV, then the next question would be whether you are looking in a Samsung menu or a Roku menu.

To change the font-size on a Roku device (and an actual RokuTV), it is located under Settings/Accessibility/Captions Style/Text Size.
