I have the Ultra 2024 version.  The home screen takes a few seconds to load.  It doesn't load instantly.  Is this normal?  Thanks.

Could you please try restarting your device?

Here's how:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote 
2. Scroll and select Settings 
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart

If the issue persists, please let us know. We'll further assist you with this.

Tried that and I counted how long it takes to go to the home screen and it's about 10 seconds from using an app.

especially if there are heavy apps or background processes running. However, if the delay is significant, you might want to check for software updates, clear cache, or restart your device.

I think I figured it out the home screen takes 10 seconds to load after exiting out of the DirecTV App.  Going back to the home screen works fine on all other apps.
