My daughter fell asleep watching tv and started to drool on the remote. Then the tv started to glitch. My other daughter took the remote and washed it off. Then she turned off the tv. From then on it hasn’t turned on. It’s been a couple months. We replaced the batteries and still nothing. So we purchased a replacement remote which didn’t work as well. This is my second Roku tv and I’m considering buying a new tv with a different brand. #hisense
Hey @Gabre_shemsiya
We're sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.
Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.

As was said, Hisense made the TV, so your beef is with them, but all TVs have a button on them somewhere to turn them on. It may be hard to find. If you got the simple remote from Roku it won't work on any Roku TV. You need a remote from Hisense or a voice remote from Roku.
