Harmony remote sends right and left and up and down commands twice

When pushing left, right, up, and down using my Harmony Remote with my Roku 4k Plus the command gets sent twice. How do I fix this?

Maybe you'll get lucky and have someone familiar with this problem and knows the answer see your post here, but seems to me that this would be a question best directed to Harmony.

Somewhere within that horrible Harmony setup software is a setting to repeat commands.  You need to disable it.
