What specific HDMI 2.1 support is required/wanted?  Is there a streaming service that requires any of its specs/functions?

Maybe QMS or QFT or ALLM could be useful, but those features can be individually implemented without a full 2.1 implementation.

The 25 characters in the title/subject is apparently a board software limitation.

I would like ROKU providing an HDMI 2.1 output on their Ultra Box, and improving the output band width to  8K or higher as well. Got it?

Sure, but that isnt what your title or subject says in your OP - you should fix/change that to reflect you want an 8K Ultra, not "HDMI 2.1 output".

I want Quick Media Switching. That screen blanking is super annoying especially on Netflix and Prime which have video previews.
