Guide times are off randomly.

Why is the guide time wrong most of the time? Tv time correct, guide time way off…. Unplug, restart, system update. Nothing helps. This has happened with 2 separate tvs

Could you please clarify if you're referring to the Live TV Channel guide time? If possible, could you take a photo of it so we can take a closer look?

  • Live tv and streaming tv guide are affected. I just turned tv on at 5:10 am. Time was correct for about a minute then changed to 10:00 pm. The zip code settings are correct on my tv. Onn brand tv although we had same issue with tcs brand. Cant figure out how to attach photo

As previously stated, unplugged tv, restarted tv, system updates. Nothing helps. This is happening with old tv(TNC) and new (onn).

TLC tv same problem as onn tv.

To help us investigate further, can you please supply the following information below:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
