It's actually Streaming Stick 4K+ (model 3821).
It replaced the Streaming Stick+ (model 3810), which has been discontinued. If you're trying to decide between the two, get the one that's not been discontinued.
If you're looking to upgrade, it might not be worth the difference. You can compare the specs here.
