Enable bandwidth saver back on individual channel

I just want to turn the bandwidth saver back on an individual channel, after I pressed the 'don't ask me again' option

I don't have an Express or Express+ but I've never seen a "don't ask me again" option with Bandwidth saver.

Are you sure you can't just re-enable it via Settings > Network > Bandwidth saver?
