My TV connector shows it is connected, but it is not working. Worked fine on my previous Samsung TV. Where on the back is the audio output. I do have a Roku soundboard connected.

We understand that you're experiencing an issue using your Easy Line TV Connector to your Roku, and would like to help you sort this out.
Is this the first time that you're setting this up? If not, has this setup worked before with the same TV? Also, can you please specify what Roku device you're trying to set this up?
Let's keep the conversation going.
Best,
The Roku Community Team
I am trying to connect it to my Roku 65-inch Plus series. My Easy Line remote TV Connector was working on this TV until I connected a Roku Wireless Soundbar.
Thanks for keeping us in the loop, @RORY2!
Have you tried removing the Roku Soundbar from your setup and seeing if the issue persists?
It could be that adding a soundbar to the setup is preventing it from working since it might interfere with the connection you have with your Kirkland Hearing Aids.
Let us know what you find out.

The Roku Community Team
I did disconnect the soundbar and the hearing aid TV connector works, but now I have a new soundbar that I can't use! Any suggestions?
