You must be a real treat at parties. I’m sorry mommy and daddy couldn’t pay attention to you growing up, but finding validation online is not a substitute for what you need, especially when you don’t have anything to say. Maybe find a pen pal, or something?

Stuck in the thread and still unable to do basic troubleshooting due to "posting pride"...

Perhaps you can find someone to mail your "old wire" to that would be willing to test it for you (instead of just taking the 3 minutes to test it yourself, and/or buy a "new wire" for less than the amount of the shipping...)

Or, you could take your "old wire" to a party, and regale everyone into somnolence with tales of propified posting pride past...
