My son was watching TV on or Roku Express. He messed with the settings and now the display is zoomed in. Tried googling what to do and it says there should be a "Display &Sound" option in the settings menu but I don't have that. I don't have a smart TV and even tried factory reset but it's still zoomed in. What do I do?

Does your TV's remote have a button labeled Zoom, P. Size, Aspect, or something similar?  Try that button.  It's most likely a TV setting and not a Roku setting.

Google and AI 🙄 are often wrong.  There is no "Display & Sound" option on any Roku device.  The only Roku setting is "Display type" and it has nothing to do with any zoom.

Could you send us a picture of your TV screen? Also, it would be great to know if this is happening with a specific app.
