Discovery+ App won't play shows and can't delete it

So I tried to watch shows on my Roku Ultra today on the Discovery+ app.  The app loads and I can see all the shows, but when I try to play one it tells me I'm not connected to the internet.  Other apps work fine and when I try a "Check connectivity" it's fine.  Tried a reboot, tried a power-cycle.  Tried deleting the app.  When I go to the app and press the * button It times out and tells me to check my internet connection.  If I go into the Steaming Channels "store" I can find the channel, see it's installed but when I try to uninstall it I get

Remove channel failed

Could not remove 'discovery+ | Stream TV Shows'.

Please try again later.

Doesn't work when I try later either.

Any suggestions? 

Discovery+ app version is 3.5 b 1 | Sep 19, 2022

Roku is a Roku Ultra 4670X

Software version 11.0.0 build 4193-46

I'm beginning to think I'm going to have to factory reset this thing and start all over.

Before you try a factory reset try restarting all your network equipment - modem/gateway/router.
