Determining which device is being used? Nothing on device. Does not match any pics on Roku website.
Frustrated. My device looks like an express, but not rounded. Cannot determine by original receipt from Roku which was purchased on July 8 2018. Need to know which device I own so I can buy the correct remote as phone app will not work. Gotta love the cust service with this outfit.

My Rokus have the model number on the bottom. eg: "Model: 3930X" Sometimes its an easy to read label and sometimes it's molded into the plastic which is easier to miss.

If the device is still working go into settings/systems/about. That will give you the device information. If the device is not working but is linked to your Roku account you can find the serial number. That will allow you to determine what device you have.
