I'm hard of hearing & need Closed Captioning. I turn it on & after a while it will stop. The only way I can get it back is by doing a system reset. A pain. It is a Roku Ultra, on my other Rokus in the house, no problem. Anyone else having this problem?

Did this happen after an update? Also, is this happening on all apps or only on a specific app?
