Roku on TCL keeps defaulting to Closed Captioning On upon streaming app launch despite repeatedly being set to off.

Closed Captioning is disabled on HBO Max but Roku persistently enables Closed Captions within the Roku main page upon launching an app whether directly through TCL Roku App or peripherals such as a PS4.

TCL does not have an independent accessibility capability for closed captions, only screen reader so this is clearly an issue with Roku.

Have you tried checking the closed captioning on your Roku TV?

In the last couple weeks this has started happening on our Ultra...all different channels, all set to Off or Replay, including Roku's main settings it's set to Off yet with any key press or even just randomly Closed Captioning turns on!! It's SO annoying!! Turn it off and it comes right back! Restarted the Roku several times. Any help would be SO welcomed!
