I'll add in here...

I can browse the total list of screensavers. I Find "Movie Magic". I download and set it as my current screensaver. When I choose "preview" the screensaver, it just shows the "Roku" words bouncing around the screen. Same results on all three of my Roku devices, 1 ultra and two minis.

When you select the Movie Magic screensaver, what happens when you watch a video and the screensaver is activated? Which screensaver is displayed?

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 
-screenshots of what you are experiencing so we can better understand the issue

I have selected "Movie Magic" as my screensaver. When I play a video, pause and let it sit idle... It'll activate a screensaver showing the words "ROKU" on a black screen, slowing bouncing around. The same shows when I "preview" the movie magic screensaver. This happens on both of my devices. (actually 3, I have 2 Express units. One I will detail below)

What channel are you watching content on and pausing? Are you experiencing this issue when you try to pause content on all channels? Please be aware that some channels may override what screensaver is displayed.

I was pausing a netflix stream in the latest test. I get the same issue if pausing my own media on plex or just leaving the device at the main menu until enough time has passed idle. All my devices used to kick on to the "Movie Magic" screensaver. And it would seem they all started defaulting back to the bouncing "Roku" logo about the same time. So I had suspected an update may have changed the behavior. I recall in the past going as far as a factory reset on one of the devices, still unable to get the "Movie Magic" to load. Any other screensaver I choose works as intended.

So question for you... What device are you currently testing with, software level, and are you able to install/select "Movie Magic" and actually get it launch?

If I have two different models that fail, I wish to know which one you have working successfully.
