Channel App keeps moving back to end in Main Menu

I have STARZ and I put the app in the third line of the main menu.  Every other hour it resets all the way back to the bottom.  HBOMax does this too sometimes.  I hit * and go to move location and move it back to the top and again I go in and it goes back to the end.  I tried updating several times and reloading, etc.  Is there another way or am I stuck with a moving STARZ & HBO app channels.  Have no issues with all the other channels.

It sounds as if it's getting removed and re-added.  Could that be happening?  Is there someone else in the household or with a device linked to the same Roku account that could be doing it?
