I tried accessing the Hall of Fame game available on Peacock. When I pull it up it asks me to complete a subscription and start monthly payments. We have had monthly payment for the same amount they are asking. Payments are electronically charged to my credit card for about a year now. I have not had this issue with other Peacock options to date nor with NFL games. I do not want to reapply as this will be double the charges and is unnecessary.
Please advise. By the way do you not have a number or email address to allow for some one-on-one correspondence?
