Has there been an update to this "cannot add channels to roku device" for the roku 3 (4200x)?

I'm experiencing the same issue on one of my roku 3's but others are working fine. I have no SD cards and excellent wireless network signal.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? How many channels do you currently have on your Roku device? What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I have no channels on the device. It will not allow me to install any of them.

my Home Screen has an icon for “add channels” and “tv off”.

when I try to add a channel I receive the following error “channel install failed” it doesn’t matter which I try to install from the list.

my software version is 10.5.0 build is 4208-04
