Can my TCL Roku tv support 120hz for next generation consoles?

Roku only supplies the software. The hardware is by TCL. If the TV does not support 120Hz now, it is EXTREMELY unlikely to ever support it. That is not something that can be added through software if there is no hardware to support it.
